Back in 2013 I played this for the first time.

The past isn't just another country, y'know? It's another person. I look back at 2013 and I marvel at my previous self, what kind of person they were.

Then I read something and I go "oh, yeah, I guess that was me."

I miss when this stuff was next-gen, y'know? Bloom, light motes, radiance coming out of everywhere...

I left Kameo parked by a window for a little while to eat and came back and it looked like GOD WAS DESCENDING directly behind her, what with the beams of light and glow EVERYWHERE. Just ridiculous levels of visual effects. Armies of dragons flying through the sky, except really it's armies of dragon because it's just the same dragon cut/pasted out to infinity.

I have genuine nostalgia for this. I may need professional help.

Well, I still have nostalgia for this, and now I have nostalgia FOR myself having nostalgia for this, so I have progressed beyond the need for professional help. None can aid or stop me as I roll on into the future where I will have as many as five nostalgia layers going at a time and will be so obsessed by my sense of past self that I presently walk into traffic.

Anyway the game is still good. Still kind of obtuse and stiff, but good.
