Weird issues.

I'm having weird issues with Twitch lately, and I have no idea why. It's like this:
I've got a Hauppauge PVR2 box that my consoles pass through. It's been working fine for the last while, no complaints. Suddenly, though, I'm having a weird issue where sound cuts out 3-5 minutes into the stream and stays off. Three different consoles now (PS2, Wii, 360). I can't think of a reason why the sound would START perfectly audible, suddenly turn off on Twitch, but still be playing on the TV locally.
I'm at my wits end troubleshooting this. Anyone have any useful advice?
