Well, that's the fastest I've ever finished one of these, at about 18 hours. Also the closest I've ever come to a full-synch (100%) run, although I'm not going to bother with that because the ones I'm missing are all like... "Don't take damage! By the way, you start surrounded by 8-12 dudes with an axe swinging at your head, also most of them have pistols and will counter-slap you for 1 pixel of damage JUST to make you fail this requirement, so like good luck with that."
Oh, Aveline. Assassin's Creed 3 was helmed up by a cardboard box with a hoodie and knives taped to it (Conner), Assassin's Creed 4 had a drunken jerk who drove away everyone who liked him (Kenway). But Aveline is a smart, funny JOY to be around and FINALLY we got back to having a main character who could carry a plot on charisma and fortitude. Shame about the game itself, which is... kinda dinky? But then again I didn't aggressively work to extend it with all the collectables and suchlike.
No, I'm saving that for Rogue, Unity, and Syndicate. But this was just such a refreshing little pause before those huge sprawling games and I feel good about that.
