Recordkeeping: Hyrule Warriors COMPLETE.

Hyrule Warriors is a great time if you're a fan of the Warrior series, but I have absolutely no idea how Zelda-only fans react to it. The premise is that you get a Zelda themed frame story, and then it's "Link! Do Everything!" time. (Or whoever you've chosen as your character. I like Impa and Lana myself. There's a great cast.)
Race from stronghold to stronghold, capturing and defending, as a plethora of IMs rack up to tell you that you're not doing everything fast enough and everyone is going to die. Meanwhile, slaughter your way through thousands of enemies to rack up a kill count higher than the NPC count of every other Zelda game put together.
I finished the story mode, but as with Yakuza 4 that's only about 20% of the game. I still have a second alternate story mode focusing on the bad guys, four adventure mode maps (two of which are only really accessable after I've leveled my characters to around 80 out of 200 experience levels) and a further DLC coming in the middle of March. Still, I consider it officially finished. The credits rolled, after all.
I plan to keep going back to this game over the next few months, but I'd like to start on something else.
Just what I'll play, I don't know. I really don't feel comfortable returning to long-form write-ups at this time, for a variety of reasons I don't want to talk about. So I'll just keep putting out these little reminders that I finished a thing, mostly for myself and as a way to mark time.
So, onward to something else.
