Recordkeeping - Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn ... COMPLETE?!!

Xao Xizee, brave warrior of the Seventh Astral Era, finally faced down the end boss of FFXIV and saw the credits roll. I've been taking that as my mark of "game complete", so... Final Fantasy XIV is "complete" insomuch as any MMO can be finished.

It's been a long weird ride, since forming my own guild, learning to tank, getting freaked out by all the social interaction and withdrawing for ten months... but, well. I came back and said "To hell with it." To hell with social anxiety, I was gonna blitz the last few dungeons of the game -- 8-man content -- and actually see the ending.

Now I'm left with the question: Quit or stay? If I stay it looks like this, and man that is a LOT of postgame progression, and a LOT of dungeons, and a LOT of me being nervous about dungeons...

...but I've missed Xao, and I don't think she's ready to retire just yet. Besides, she just got her third Job crystal (Monk, joining Warrior and Dragoon) and I've ... been meaning to try out healing too. Plus the Ninja job is coming to the game soon, and she's always WANTED to be a Ninja...

No, I think I'm staying subbed to this game for a long time to come.

I'd really enjoy hitting up a dungeon or three with you sometime soon. The 8-man primals aside, the postgame has plenty of 4-man content too.

I'm just glad you're enjoying the game again. Fun is the important part, after all.
