A New Leaf, A New Start

xyzzysqrlMan, it's been... kind of a weird year for this blog so far, huh? What with me having medical stuff, and then getting intensely depressed and giving up on blogging, and then... coming back, just now. Yeah, I actually told myself "I quit, I'm done, I can't write anymore." and collapsed into a depressed heap. I do that sometimes. I still feel like what I owe you guys is a big deal and I shouldn't start any new projects, which equates to doing nothing...
But damnit, I can't stop myself. In part because of peer pressure, in part because it's one of the games I got the system for, I bought Animal Crossing: New Leaf. And it has this screenshot feature built in, y'see.
THUS! I will be WRITING AN ANIMAL CROSSING NEW LEAF BLOG NOW. I cannot promise this will continue very long.

Date: 2013-06-10 11:35 pm (UTC)I admit, I'm actually tempted by New Leaf. ^_^; It probably won't happen for a while, though - first, there's the D7100 to pay off, and probably the odd fun weekend treating my mother to great food and drink in the city. She's a worthier priority. =:) But, if I can wind up with it around the end of the year, depending how the search for a new gig goes, I'd rather enjoy seeing that little world again. Throughout my time at the last gig, I wrapped up pretty much every day with at least a few minutes in my town.. there was something quite serene about the experience, even if Wild World had no extensibility, so the "conversations" were always along the same lines. (Any idea if NL changes that? Seems like they could vary that with occasional downloads, if they chose)
