We hung curtains! Now we can see when it is light out.

Basically we threw those weird W-shaped screws in the corner and just... jammed the rods directly onto the mounting bracket things. Not... really sure that's how you're meant to do it, but hey! It worked! And there were only a FEW fatalities!

So... curtains. Yes. And parts left over.

To recite the Mantra Of Good Fortune: "I have no reason to believe this will end badly!"

So, did you ever manage to find a definitive answer for the raison d'être of those W-shaped thingummies? Or are they modern relics, only perpetuated out of a silent, long-forgotten tradition? Will we ever uncover the mystery at the core? Are we, indeed, meant to know?
