Well, today my birthday object arrived! It is a Hauppauge HD PVR2 Gaming Edition, which means I can record videos and take screenshots from my game consoles and bring them DIRECTLY TO YOU. Some of those skits that aren't on Youtube, some boss fight videos... MAYBE EVEN SOMEDAY THINGS THAT AREN'T VESPERIA-RELATED. As if those exist in my life anymore.

Admittedly, it was kind of weird at first...

Sqrl: "Cable. Cable. Cable. Cable. Cable. Instructions. Cable. CD-ROM. PVR Box."
Woof: "Does the 360 have an HDMI socket? Ours doesn't. Is it supposed to?"
Sqrl: "Just use this component one. I googled it and the internet was all "All 360 consoles made after 2007 have HDMI so obviously yours does!" and I was like "Goddamn you Internet." sadface."
Woof: "Because you're a young person and all your stuff is brand new, obviously. You're a five year old with a 360 and a PVR box."
Sqrl: "Coincidentally that is EXACTLY the right demographic for Youtube."

...and I had a hard time getting the software to work properly at first...

Sqrl: "WORK YOU ELECTRONIC DEMON I OWN A HAMMER AND MAKE POOR LIFE CHOICES"

...But I am now VIDEO EQUIPPED for all major consoles that I am personally aware of. It will take me some time to figure out how this abomination might be manipulated, but I am sure it will prove to be a valuable tool in my fight against everyone's free time.

I can tell you're lying about the advice you got from the internet. People on the internet don't know what an HDMI port is, they just point their camera phone at the TV and record that way. Check youtube, you know what I say is true.

Yes, but their phones have HDMI ports on them, I assume. And probably flashlights and walkie-talkies and other, SMALLER TV sets and maybe a hot tub. I don't know what camera phones have BECAUSE I AM AN OLD PERSON.

I am an old person too but when cellphones come with a hot tub I WANT ONE YES.
