So after the big post about UGH IT'S HOT earlier, I went off and slept and got up and slept and so on for a while. After one of my many Z-moments, I woke up to see the wolf closing my window.

That seemed like a horribly, uncharacteristically MEAN thing for him to do. I protested in vague "uhmfmrpbl." tones. Eventually I got out of bed and waddled out to properly protest.

Apparently he had successfully mugged an ACTUAL REPAIR GUY in the hallway. See, most of the time we try to go through the apartment manager, who now has a "completely fucking useless" streak lasting roughly three solid years. The BF managed to snag a repairman and he gave us a NEW window A/C unit, to replace ours, which had been broken roughly ... yes, three solid years.

OH MY GOD IT'S ACTUALLY LIVABLE IN HERE NOW.

So I may be more active! Or less! I don't know! At least I will be able to think about things.

Three years? Egad. Is the place under rent control? If not, I'd've left long ago.
