KING OF THE LAB!

Oh man. I... wow. I...

I just got to tell someone, in a context that was entirely appropriate thematically and stylistically, that we're getting the BAND back together, man!
(Most of it, anyway. One member's been having such a terrible year that I'm not sure pestering him is in any way a good idea. Hm.)

But still. Band. Back together. I got to use that old cliche in a meaningful way.
This is one of the best days of my life.

Project RSW may yet have life and love and song in it, and by gods we're going to Tom Jones this tune back up on its feet. Even if just for my personal amusement.

(No, this post isn't meant to make sense to anyone, except the ones it does make sense to.)

Also I've been watching a LOT of television lately. Burn Notice is as good as everyone says it is (midway through season 1), Bones (midway through season 3) is fantastic, Pokemon Best Wishes (ep 15) is a lot of silly fun, Kamen Rider OOO (ep 20) is great, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic (ep 6) is gloriously ponytabulous... I am completely glutted with QUALITY MEDIA, you guys. And I'm pumped about Rift! I'm enthused about Marvel vs Capcom 3! I'm just... completely in love with everything right now!

Please, brain. Don't get depressed for a while. I am enjoying this.

I really ought to catch some MLP visual goodness. Though I suppose I'd always be wishing they were a little closer to some of their better FA sorts. ^_^

During my recent prolonged flight delay, I was introduced to Sanctuary, which seems like quite a bit of good, cheesy fun, and Hustle, a very British series on a bunch of fraudsters - highly enjoyable.

Are examples of the band's music around? ^_^

Band name: You could call yourself The Squints! (Alternately, just Squints.) Your first album could be King (or Kings) of the Lab.

ALL YOUR ALBUM TITLES COULD BE BONES REFERENCES.

It's more a writing sort of band, but yeah.

... Also I would rather the BAND be Kings of the Lab, and the album could be "Squinting".

And then we could have the follow-up album, "Never Trust Psychology".

Or maybe "Kicking Down the Hay Maze".
