It's always depressing when you find that something with your exact specifications has already been made, far in advance of you making it. It's sad for inventors, and for goofy people. I personally recently got ahold of a stack of MP3s of the Goon Show from the 50s, and if I were forced into writing a script for a radio show or somesuch, this is more or less exactly what I would come up with. Except my version would be noticeably less awesome.

It's sort of fascinating.

And very funny.

Sometimes I will read about a game, and realize my extensive psychic powers have assembled a team to build and publish a game I once thought would be cool to play, if it existed. Sometimes my mind-waves even travel through time to force people to make things for me before I knew I wanted them, or before I even existed.

I usually respond by playing it. Sometimes I'm not even disappointed!
