Bully, except as a musical about fighting witches. A free-roaming open world musical, with dynamic lyrics generated by the situation. Not GOOD lyrics, as demonstrated by the only bit I recall being "What's going ON here?" repeated over and over, chantlike, as I tried to work out where I was meant to be going to progress the plot, for something like half an hour. I think any actual gamer would REVOLT.
