Well, I'M over it. And... I gave it to the boyfriend. Sigh. Oops. At least he's a good sport about it. He is a fluffy thing and will survive.

Bought Left 4 Dead. That was almost a big mistake. Luckily, it has a single player mode, so I don't HAVE to interact with people who hate me for not having innate knowledge of a game burned into my fucking retinas at birth. Not that I am bitter.

In other online gaming news, Virtual ON: Ontario Tangerine was released. I am playing it nearly nonstop. I am terrible at it, but I do not care, because giant robots.

Yeah, I played Left4Dead at my sister's place, and by the time I'd figured out how to get out of the starting room without dying (this took some doing), they'd finished the level using a cheat and were all screaming about where the hell was I.

The second game was not online, just local multiplayer, and it was less horrific, but I still had no desire to ever play the game again. x.x

Yeah, I basically intend to play it single player. It's really good as an AI-only game, because they actually do things that might concievably help you.
