Wikipedia page of the day: Hot Dog Variations.

Ever wonder just how many ways there are to devour something as bad for you as a hot dog? Want a checklist to the potential ways of consuming sausage? Do you, like me, intend to die before you're fifty and want a guide to induced heart attacks? Here you are!

(I really must look into these Coney Island hot dogs. Mmm, chili + mustard.)

I'm'a be honest, I lived in the Kansas City area for nigh on 20 years and this "Kansas City Dog" they talk about? I've never ever heard of it. Missouri Dogs are usually ketchup an' mustard, applied to the bun not the dog, maybe sweet relish. Never onions, no kraut, no cheese. It's kind of the polar opposite of a Chicago Dog.

And for the record, when they say "neon green relish" for a Chicago dog They -mean- it--it's dyed to this toxic waste looking colour. Still good though. And yes, Maxwell Street Polishes are awesome. :9

What the hell is a Coney Island dog? I guess the only way to find out is to visit Coney Island. Wanna come with? It's only one borough over!
