Computer Crap 2: The Sequel

I'm just gonna cut and paste (straight from the receipt, so it's formatted oddly) what the boyfriend and I ended up getting computer-wise. He took XP, I took Vista after careful thought. Aside from that and the color (I got red, he got green. Mine will be THREE TIMES faster. Bwaahahahaha.) they're identical except for me getting a monitor with mine.

I'm actually slightly intimidated by this machine. Easily the beefiest damn thing I've ever owned, this is a machine that says power, that says dignity, that says utter and complete contempt for anything at all I could possibly present before her. There's only one name for a machine like that.

Not in the least. The case likely shipped stock with a 420W PSU; with as much gear as you're running in it, a 600W is much more appropriate.

Monkey -me-, you've got my rig smoked in just about every aspect--more CPU, more video card, more pure wattage...I have a gig more RAM but it's not as fast as yours and it's not like 32-bit Windows can address more than 3G correctly anyways.

Seriously, I'm going to have to rename my rig from Fayrutt to "Penis Envy".
