Dream log!

Dreamt of playing a gauntlety dungeon-crawl clone of a video game. Lots of fun, all the features one could ever want, buggier than unpatched Daggerfall. Weird.

But there's something to be said for any Gauntlet clone where the selectable characters are a huge hulking barbarian, a 1920s tommy-gun wielding gangster, a Pokemon trainer, and Cary Elwes playing The Bard. (From "The Bard's Tale". No, the remake.)

I had a scary dream the other night where I was in a haunted ocean-liner ship rendered in isometric style and full of skeletons. It was so scary when I woke up, it felt like skeletal arms were gonna pop up around my bed and grab me.
