A) Can't help you there, as I don't know who Ira Glass is. B) Now this one...depends on just what you mean by 'Laser Chess'. There are Battlechess-like variants involving lasers, IIRC...and then there's a game that I can't remember the name of (though it might actually *be* Laser Chess) that involves placing mirrored elements in order to try to bounce a light beam into a target on the opponent's side of the board. C) Can't help you there. Was this before or after I pointed you at the Terrible Secret Of Animal Crossing? D) The 16-cube is definitely odd. 3D Chess versions that use a cubic are generally 8x8x8. and E) Did that 'dude' happen to be vulpine in any way? That sounds like something I'd do in a screwed up dreamscape. :-)
