Yeah, I am -really- enjoying this series so far. This week we have some of the largest slices of pure HAM I have ever seen acted out, a wavy-haired bishonen eating three popsicles at once, yet another moment where Eiji becomes a CHAMPION OF JUSTICE, a ski jump made of mechanical octopi, and a whole lot of repeating the premise of the show to make sure the slow kids got it. Can't all be winners.

Speaking of the premise of the show, I'm kind of loving it in what I suspect may be my first ironic enjoyment of something. The show is about how Greed, gluttony and excessive desire for power can corrupt and destroy things (in a very personified, literal way). So be sure to buy the awesome toys to aid you in your superhero fantasies, kids! I find this oddly amusing, and yet it doesn't seem shoved-in-my-face yet.

Episode 2 is downloadable here, and I swear I'm not going to do this every week.

I started watching the first one but I didn't see any subtitles. I can watch without subtitles I guess but, is it supposed to be subtitled? Is my media player just not recognizing the subtitles?

Check the audio and visual filters. On most media players, subtitles aren't enabled by default.

Yes, it really should be subtitled. You may want to look for something called the Combined Community Codec Pack, which is what I downloaded. I use the Media Player Classic that's in that, and it seems to work 100%.
