No. They have a line on the menu at the store: "If you ask for 'everything/all the way', only the toppings in black will be added by default.'" So you have to ask for REALLY everything if you do want everything, but... I don't. As you say, some of those seem mutually exclusive.
Also, are you saying I should withhold medicine for French babies? That's monstrous. I would not withhold medicine from babies. I would give the babies a hamburger.
