Dear Self In The Future, because you read your own livejournal and laugh at the jokes, you moron:

Sometime before it gets "Oh holy god why are we outside" hot this summer, you and the woof should go to your local half-ass theme park and play miniature golf and eat so much ice cream you throw up and have lactose-intolerance issues for the rest of the goddamn MONTH. It will be AWESOME.

My god, I clicked that link and suffered a momentary disorientation as it appeared to be almost identical to the similarly half-assed theme park called "Oasis" near my house.

Except that ours doesn't make its own ice cream, which sucks (no lactose intolerance in my family, sorry about yours).

I imagine similar "rustic but endearing" farm-based theme parks are scattered all over the US. Not intentionally, but there seems to be a certain mindset that builds these things, y'know?

Dude, I totally read my own old journal entries and laugh at the jokes. Why? Because I am SO CLEVER~~ And our memory is so bad that I forget what I write anyway! :D

But seriously, don't get bent out of shape over whether you play to an audience or not. It's a journal, not a super-researched academic blog meant to be read by very thinky academic types who want to talk about deep thinking. And that is totally okay, because it's yours and it should be full of YOUR stuff. If you try to make it be for other people, then it'll have THEIR stuff in it instead. Just write. It's cool. :)

...Or you can Internet Nut Punch me for dropping an inspirational comment, if you're in a bad mood and would feel better if you hit something. I am INTARNET HUEG, I can take it!! XD

I like to play to an audience. Even when I'm talking to myself, I'm playing to an audience, I'm just cracking jokes about how I'm not playing to an audience to the audience.

I imagine if your past self got a letter from your future self and it turns out your future self is a girl mog, your past self would have more surprising things to contend with than the gameblogging.
