Apr. 19th, 2015 01:40 amThere's a song I quite like, because it's very pink and happy. "Super Girl", by a singer called Miss Papaya.
Bouncy beat. Then: "I'm a super girl, I'm gonna rule the world with my super-natural powers!"
I'm in favor of it. Even if occasionally "girl" gets swapped to "squirrel", for reasons.
"Come and fly with me, to my galaxy, to my world of fantasy!"
Never once have I been able to hear that previous line as anything other than "...to my World-Com fantasy!"
Apparently my brain is convinced what we really need is more corporate superheroines. Or more squirrel corporate superheroines. Possibly telecommunications superheroines.
