What I learned:

Sriracha sauce is like hot, sweet chili/garlic-based ketchup that wants to MURDER YOU and will stop at nothing to do so.

I like it a -lot-. I have to try more. When my stomach is done sobbing. My tastebuds are going "I AM BURNING! MY FLESH IS BURNING!" and my stomach is going "WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS -WRONG-! WHY DO YOU DO THIS THING?" and yet my brain is going "Oh man, that was totally worth it."
